"Nice very big and comfortable room."

"Polite and very helpful staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice view depending on what room it was. Rooftop bar / pool is very beautiful although the restaurant on the roof is quite expensive. Overall great experience all round would come back."

"Sauberkeit Top, Personal freundlich, Preis/Leistung der Restaurants sehr gut"

"amazing location all what you want is very close : restaurants, cafes, 24h. supermarket, pharmacy, mall , beach, pools, night life .. all in one location and the hotel is great as usual."

"Very good central location. Facilities good, staff very attentive and helpful. We did not use the restaurant as we had breakfast outside . One small issue was we were in the second floor facing the road, and there is a small bar opposite that opened quite late on two nights we were there. Not too loud but noticeable."

"The public areas of the hotel were clean and tidy but unfortunately the rooms are tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. The noise from the air conditioning was appalling. A block of rooms on the lower floor were plagued by a droning noise from air conditioning machinery servicing the whole hotel. Even with the air conditioning off in your room the droning was unbearable, preventing sleep at night. I was moved to a different room but only 4 rooms away and whilst it was slightly better...

"Gorgeous hotel and very, very friendly and helpful staff. The room we stay in was excellent. Will definitely stay here again."

"The nicest, most welcoming staff we have ever met. They all went out of their way to make us feel welcome and make our holiday and my birthday memorable. Many thanks to the Reception staff, the waiters and bar staff, they were all extremely friendly and kind. A most enjoyable and restful holiday."

"The hotel is clean and the staff are really pleasant and helpful. The housekeepers are really good and always made sure that the room was well stocked with toiletries and teas and coffees. Donna in Ombre Cafe was amazing and welcoming. The only negative is the evening entertainment is very poor, and that really needs to be improved."

"This hotel does not live up to the Intercontinental name. The hotel needs major room renovations. The lobby area and restaurant areas are nice but the rooms are so outdated. The 1st room we checked in had a musty smell and the carpets were stained. Asked for a room change, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The 2nd room was a bit better but the same issue with the old carpet. We had club access which gave us separate breakfast area, tea time and pre-dinner food and drinks. The...

"Wir hatten die Executive Suite mit Whirlpool. Insgesamt sehr schönes und geräumiges Zimmer. Die Schalldämmung nach außen hätte etwas besser sein können. Frühstück war gut und die Lage auch. Man ist direkt zu Fuß in Paceville. Der Poolbereich auf dem Rooftop ist zwar schön angelegt. Leider gibt es keine Liegen, sodass längeres verweilen etwas erschwert wird."

"Pool was closed and we weren’t informed prior to our visit. Very disappointed as this was a huge part of why we booked this particular hotel."
