"Beautiful property, great staff, our room was wonderful I was so impressed by it, because I have a bathtub. From the First day that we arrived me and family was so tired from jet lag. We have a nap first day and second day. But on our second day, we were so exhausted from drilling and knocking sound from contractors underneath and my husband complained about it to front desk. They moved us to 11 floors, they said they upgraded our room but it was not, we don’t have a bathtub and no extra washroom like we have in the first room. And we still have kids noise upstairs, running around like crazy. That all I have to say. "

Concierge was helpful to give tips for day trip to Gozo. Didn’t use the outdoor pool in March but facilities look lovely."

"Alexandra hotel From the first impression the hotel looks like a great hotel. But as soon as you check in, you start to see a different perspective. The bedroom area: The room was ridiculously small for the caliber of hotel advertised. There were tiny side tables that barely fit a phone. There was no room to navigate around the bed. A useless desk that had drawers too small for any use and a wardrobe (with its sliding doors that would not work) was too large for the room and unnecessary for hotel stays. If you wanted to turn only one lamp on the side of the bed, all of the room lights went on with it. So, you were forced to function in complete darkness or had full light.
