"It was a long day of traveling and I was initially bummed that there wasn't a window in the apartment and I couldn't find the hairdryer and there wasn't shampoo.... LOL , it felt tragic, AND after a few deep breaths, I regained my composure and really enjoyed this apartment. The cave-like bedroom is actually a lot like mine, which is great for sleep. "Wverything in the hotel was excellent 👌👍 rooms, spacious, comfortable, well maintained, nice partial ocean view. Food in the restaurants (HB) one of the best we had in the hotel's buffets. We travelled a lot. 3 outdoor Swimmin pools, heated salted water - very warm and comfortable to refresh in almost 40 celsius outdoor temperature. Private beach and sunbeds available. Towel station. What not to like? :)"

"Hotel was excellent and staff were really helpful and accommodating. The breakfast had plenty of choices. The pools were clean and really enjoyable. Only gripe i have is the sofa beds are not comfortable at all. Staying more then 7 days you really feel it. That's one improvement they can do. Overall great location and lots to do close by. Highly recommend."

"Great location and comfortable stay The location of 115 The Strand Hotel is fantastic, and the beds were really comfortable. The rooms were kept clean, which was a positive. However, we did have some issues with the air conditioning, including a leak, and there were signs of damp and mould, which was disappointing. If natural daylight is important to you, I’d recommend booking a balcony room which is lovely but we also had one of the standard rooms it had no natural light at all, just a concrete wall outside the window. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of options. The front-of-house team were lovely and welcoming, although the restaurant staff weren’t particularly pleasant overall. Only two members of the restaurant team were genuinely engaging and friendly. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location, comfortable beds and clean rooms, but the air-conditioning, damp/mould issues and lack of natural light in some standard rooms are worth considering when booking."
