"After spending a few days in busy, crowded Valletta, Ramla Bay Resort was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean and island views. Nice room with a big balcony, great restaurants, and a friendly staff. There are multiple swimming pools and a beach area - all with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas."

"We stayed in a penthouse for 5 days with our teenage daughter. Lots of room for all of us and fabulous facilities. We loved the hot tub on the huge balcony. The resort is in the perfect location overlooking its beautiful beach. The staff were fabulous - nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend."

"If you pick that location on purpose, it's awesome. A little out of the way but I loved it. Feels like an oasis. The room was clean and comfortable. I took advantage of the spa and felt properly pampered. Felt they were a little stingy when not extending the guest-discount to all my treatments, it applied only to one. Never made to the indoor pool, sounds amazing."

"This is a well appointed amazing hotel. I had no idea how large it was. It’s very efficiently run. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very clean The children’s pool with slides is perfect - we had my 2 year old granddaughter with us. Ricardos and Luzzo restaurants are particularly good. In both restaurants there are large well equipped children’s areas. We also liked the adults area especially the sky bar in the evenings and had a wonderful meal at Minoa restaurant on 11th floor with fab views over the bay. The outside area is safe and pleasant unlike many popular areas in Malta which are just shocking. AX hotel is expertly run and I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this hotel"
