"I found the breakfast too limited. Not enough fruit (only apple, banana, and orange). It lacked a proper Nespresso-type coffee machine for a decent cup of coffee, and also cheese and cold cuts. but also Nutella or jam for the pancakes."

"Room was runned down. Damaged and dirty doors, towel hooks falling apart, carpet floor transitions pocking thru. Showers not cleaned after cleaning crew was done. Overall impression. I am not sure how is this facility labeled as 5 star hotel. "

"My daughter and I stayed here for her 18th birthday weekend. The entire staff was absolutely awesome. They began reaching out to me days in advance and helped me with resources to have the room decorated upon our arrival. Everyone we interacted with from valet, check-in and staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was clean with a perfect view of the ocean. The access to the beach and the staff there was really nice too. The Eden Roc is now the only place I'll stay while visiting Miami."
