The Neighborhood:

You're in Sunset Harbour / West Ave, one of the most livable corners of South Beach - walkable, waterfront-adjacent and full of the places locals actually go. South Beach and the sand are about a 10-minute walk east, and Lincoln Road plus the Sunset Harbour shops are a 5-minute walk, so you rarely need a car.



For food, guests head to Pubbelly Sushi, Lucali for pizza and Sardinia for Italian. Coffee is easy at Panther Coffee or Pura Vida nearby. Stocking up is simple with Trader Joe's and Fresh Market both on West Avenue within walking distance. From here the rest of Miami Beach - Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue and the Art Deco district - is a short ride away.



Getting Around:

This is a walk-everywhere location - Lincoln Road, the Sunset Harbour shops, grocery, coffee and dining are all a few minutes on foot, and South Beach is about a 10-minute walk. Most guests find they don't need a car. If you drive, there's a secured on-site garage (paid) with an EV charger. Rideshares are quick and plentiful, and Miami International Airport is a drive across the causeway.
