The entire property was beautiful. The only thing I wasn’t okay with was the mandatory valet parking $55 charge. The room was clean and the hotel staff are extremely nice. The hotel bar tender was nice and gave us some recommendations to explore while in Miami.

I know some of the reviews for here aren't great but my friend and I had a fantastic time. Our room was gorgeous and clean. We had a nice view for sunsets and the pool was awesome. Yes there is the resort fee which was a bit of a surprise but we used the car (shuttle) they provide with it and it easy would've been that much uber wise. Would highly recommend!

Great hotel, near to a lot of places to eat. Pool and pool bartender were amazing. Only down side was the over priced breakfast so we avoided that and the front staff told do us it was cheaper to pre order a ride share and boy was she wrong. Would stay here again despite that.

Great hotel, though we only got to spend 1 night here, I'd definitely use this as a go to again in the Brickell area. Friendly staff, comfy bed, daily meal voucher and dessert! Nice addition to one's stay! I would highly recommend AC Hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience special was the exceptional customer service. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and the team consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was also excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Great staff, great location, and a fantastic atmosphere.
