Come to our lovely STUDIO condo in south beach! Right across from the ocean on ocean drive! It is a really great location in south beach-walk to restaurants, clubs and shopping.

Kitchen and bathroom - with room to sleep up to 3 on 1 queen bed and 1 sleeper futon. This bright studio faces a quiet side street, just off of busy ocean drive. -located right across from Lummus Park If you want to see what's happening this studio is in the heart of the action.

Wake up to the sun & sky of south beach, on the ocean - only a beautiful green park between you and the beach, - in our lovely art deco building. We are at 530 ocean Dr. South Beach

This was a perfect place to stay for our first time visiting Miami. The location was the best, very nice area, with plenty to do and see. No driving around necessary to have lots of adventures. Owner and property manager just terrific. Very much enjoyed the trip.

There is no view in the room, but being right across from the beach made up for it. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I asked Helena for a beach chair and she let me use one. No complaints except maybe there could have been more hangers. Make sure you ask for anything you need. Helena will deliver.

Best Service! Answers to questions within minutes, very detailed and fact based information, all was exactly as offered - very little the apartment is old, yet price fits more than perfect to the overall performance. Although street can be loud on weekends- room is good and quiet. Security at lounge very kind and open as well as local manager and remote manager

Excellent experience for a quick 6 day winter getaway for sun and fun and food. You are so lucky to have Helena as your condo representative, full of good advice and tips, we loved our stay and will be back!

The vrbo is located on the corner of a busy lighted street and the window covering doesn’t darken the room at night. Also there is constant human and automobile noise every night until 3 and this wasn’t even spring break season. Vrbo had very modest kitchen equipment.(not even a toaster.). 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Could at least provide one roll to use until a trip to the store could be made. Bed covers were very cheap and did little. Cleaning was average at best with lots of hair throughout the bathroom On the positive side pricing was competitive and proximity to the beach was perfect.

If you’re going to South Beach you can’t beat this location. Right at 6th and Ocean. Note that if you’re coming from outside the USA you’ll want to make sure you have some US cash if you get there after 8pm to pay the 20 late check-in fee.The Facilities are good. How to use the shower is labeled in the shower. The bed is comfortable and it has good pillows. Bring your own toilet paper; they must have had a problem with people stealing it in the past because there’s no extra in the flat. The AC works very well also. To get into the building you’ll have to run the gauntlet of the restaurant downstairs every time, but they give BOGO on drinks if you’re staying there so no complaints. The hallway to the unit smells like a lifetime of steamed shrimp and microwaved beef, but you can handle that.

You cant beat the location- its right by the beach and all the great clubs. The place was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable! We loved being able to make breakfast before we went out. Helena was great! She greeted us with a smile and was there with recommendations for great places to eat. Next time I come to south beach will stay here again

GREAT location across the street from the park and the beach. Unit very clean and nicely furnished. Helena very helpful as always with any onsite requests. Early check-in and late check-out options very convenient. It was my third stay at Barbizon condo building and I will definitely consider booking there again. The rates are very reasonable and it is a relatively quiet location on the strip compared to some other, very noisy places a few blocks up north on Ocean Drive.

This is a great location in the middle of the South Beach action. As a result, it is loud and you won't get sleep without earplugs. The AC is loud as well so bring headphones for TV viewing. The rock solid WiFi works great for teleconferences. The beach, park and restaurants are right outside the building. All said, this was exactly as advertised/expected. I would stay here again.

Okay. So we would stay here again. It’s a studio apartment so don’t expect much. The bed is nice. The location is perfect. It’s hard to find better bang for your buck. We lived on the beach and ate gelato every day. Some drawbacks. It’s very loud outside and can be heard in the room. Relatively clean but not perfect. Had to pay an extra 20 bucks to check in late which I thought was a grift. All that said, we really enjoyed our stay more than I can say.

We stayed for 5 nights. The location was great, exactly as advertised. Right on Ocean drive where everything happens and a two minute walk to the beach. Everything was ok with the apartment. Could be a little cleaner. Downside, was a very noisy location, but as others have said, ear plugs worked! If I had to recommend something that would help the apartment, it would be a blind or darker curtains, as the outside lights shine right into the apartment at night. It’s like trying to sleep with lights on. I am a light sleeper, and usually sleep with black out blinds, but that’s just me. Overall this was place was good.

This was our fist time in Miami. The condo was just like it appears. It's right in the middle of anything you could want, but felt private given the gated walkway and locked front door. The beach, food, coffee, shops are literally a minute walk. Helena was really great to meet and got us checked in. We appreciated the tips on what to look for in some of the "tourist trap" restaurants. We walked to South Point Park every night. Beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed the city atmosphere, being from a more rural town. We joked about the brightness in our room at night from city lights. You'll come across all sorts of people like in any city, but we never felt uncomfortable. Overall very nice place, great owner and property manager, and fun city! We'll be back and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

When I first arrived I was pleased with the room. It wasn't until I got settled was when I noticed that not only did the room have roaches but baby roaches too. I am somewhat obsessive compulsive so needless to say I was not a happy camper. Because I was on vacation I didn't spend that much time in the room thank goodness otherwise I couldn't deal. The location is great but the owner needs to do something about the bug problem.

We stayed in 21237851and it was very dirty. The floor had been mopped but the stove and refrigerator had old food stuck to them and the top of the toilet paper roll had an inch of dirt. The tub didn’t drain properly and two of the windows don’t close so you hear all the busy street noise all night. The bathroom smelled so bad we had to keep the door closed at all times and mouth breathe when using it. There is not even a sponge to wash dishes. We were provided one towel each but no wash cloths yuck. The check in was also very difficult. You have to call the housekeeper, but she is so overwhelmed with work she was hard to reach and her voicemail was full. Texts were not answered for over 24 hours. I would not rent from this person again.
