We enjoyed our stay however there were inconsistencies with the staff. The staff at the adult pool were hardly there. We had dinner at Il Mulino Restaurant, the food was fine but the service was not at the level it should be for a restaurant at that level. Where the breakfast and beach staff was extremely tentative.

We had the perfect holiday. Starting from the airport transfer which was really great. The reception from the hotel was very friendly and we immediately felt welcome. The employees are particularly noteworthy. Very friendly, warm and accommodating. The beach and the location was fantastic. The restaurants also highly recommended. The service was excellent.
