Resort fee: USD 30 for every two persons per stay due only with Credit card at Check in at complex administration.

A USD 20 deposit will be requested to receive the Parking Decal, which has to be returned before 5 PM the check-out date to receive the USD 20 deposit refund.

There are washers and dryers available on every floor, but you have to pay for each load using a card

- Guests shall comply with all the complex association rules

- Complex association will provide a Hand Plastic Band to each guest of the apartment. The guests must wear the Band to have access to all complex amenities.

We don't provide daily housekeeping. Paper toilet and soap are only provided at check it and is not refillable.
