I would recommend this hotel 100%, the staff is wonderful and they demonstrated that they’re there to help, they’re Nice people.. the A/C was new, the Beach is just across the street.. the room extra clean .. Location is excellent

Probably the greatest hotel I’ve ever say that. You walk in and it looks a little bit shady and a little bit old, but the rooms are extremely spacious worth the money in the best location in all of Miami and I had a very amazing stay right next to the Lowe’s and on Collins Avenue had an amazing trip only spent $200 a night and I had a great time!

This is a budget hotel in great location. I would compare it to a motel 6. Only thing different was white bedding instead of those cheap floral comforters in the motels. There are no lights in the room, only desk lamps, bathrooms are dirty and everything in them is old and barely working. It looks a lot better in the pics. If you need a cheap place to stay and are not a hotel snob, this is for you.

Room was clean. The property is old as are the all properties on art deco district. The inner courtyard was really idyllic, and it was lovely to spend the evening on the second-floor terrace.

The room was very clean and the property very clean. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. But this property is extremely worn down. Great location……if you want to walk to any of the Miami vibe and only 2 very small blocks back from the wonderful beaches

The photos showed cute and simple accommodations, but in reality they are run-down and old. You can hear every noise from the neighboring rooms and people passing by the door. It feels more like a motel than a hotel, and the price is not appropriate for the quality of the place. The location is good, and the only nice amenity is access to the beach, including beach towels and two chairs.

Great location to almost everything!!! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! The male desk clerk was so nice and friendly! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend if you want good prices and great location!
