This apartment is located in Aventura, FL at 3 minutes driving to Sunny Isle beach, across to Aventura Mall, Gulfstream Casino and Horse Race, and many restaurants, 20 minutes to Fort Lauderdale International Airport, 35 minutes to Miami International Airport, 30 minutes to Miami Downtown, 20 minutes to train station, Public transportation outside of the community.
Apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, every bedroom has a balcony.
There are two private pools for the community, parking valet $5 per day.
Laundry machines at 3er and 4th floor.
TV cable, Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix .
No parties, no smoking, no pets, no loud music.
Apartment is strictly smoke free.
$150 deposit in case of any small damages refundable at check out.
