Cute condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very convenient to restaurants, Starbucks, a supermarket and most importantly to us the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Nice Stay

The apartment was clean and modern. The location was awesome! Very short walk to at least three public beach entrances and a really great shopping center with good (Cuban, Mediterranean, and sushi/Thai)restaurants, Starbucks, and Marshall’s.

Ground floor great access but no privacy

Appreciated: 1) rare privilege in Sunny Isles to park near door - and a thoughtfully placed cone to help find the parking spot. 2) so easy to find, come and go by car or on foot.3) everything clean and in good condition. 4) super convenient location for beach, restaurants, shops. Be aware: 1) close to road and ground floor so traffic and pedestrian noise and windows not double paned; no privacy if curtains open 2) no security (compound gap always open, weak locks on windows and door).
