Nice overnight stay close to the action

We enjoyed our quick stay at the South Beach Plaza Villas. It was a lovely, charming hotel reminiscent of the heyday of Miami Beach. The Ocean Boulevard action was conveniently right around the corner, too!

Very reasonable, small room, no place to sit and relax, right on Ocean and beach. Nice breakfast, drinks at restaurant very expensive. Everybody working there was very nice, but it's old but clean , very good location, not really for seniors

Best Birthday Weekend Ever.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Very simple stay and very clean. I went for my birthday and the staff truly made me feel extra special. Thank you so much to Gilbert who went the extra mile for my special day. The food there is also very delicious! Everything we wanted to do was just walking distance.

simple rooms- we booked a queen, which came with a mini fridge, had to ask for extra towels as no daily room clean... one free breakfast which is nice.. across the street from beautiful beach... weird smell in lobby/restaurant area and elevator slow as can be.. staff is nice...quick and easy check in and check out... $342 for 4 nights- cannot complain about price ... location is amazing...

Keep in mind this place is both a restaurant & a stay - so rating may deceive you. This is a very basic hotel/motel nothing more than that. If you could opt out of "free selected breakfast" is also recommended. The location and cleanness is the main advantage otherwise nothing unique.

We were in Miami for an overnight stay before we set sail on a cruise. We wanted to experience South Beach, its restaurants and vibrant streets. This hotel was affordable and convenient for the time we were there. The bathrooms seem to be remodeled. The staff was pleasant. It's an older hotel as most are in this location- but it was clean and affordable for the night we stayed there.

Friendly staff , food was amazing . Complimentary breakfast but could not swap for vegetarian. No where to store your luggage after check out . Staff let us stayed an hour extra to accommodate our request .

I only stayed for a night. Did a mini get away. Literally a quick turn. Small- not like pictures but conveniently on ocean dr and was able to walk and Uber/Lyft from/to certain places. Wasn’t perfect but wasn’t too bad. Staff nice.

Close to everything but hallways stunk so bad you had close your nose to walk through. Staff was always nice and smiling. Beds not very comfortable but doable. No cable t.v it's free antenna t.v and wifi isn't all that great. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not

So far this hotel has been the worst hotel my family and I stayed. The bedrooms were extremely dirty (Bedsheets full of sand and stains, bathroom not maintained, stains in the mirror/floor/shower) The room overall looked like it has never been cleaned.

The room was really small and honestly had a very bad smell. There was no storage stayed 5 days and it was rough. Towels and toilet paper were difficult to get. There is no mini fridge which is crazy. The staff is very nice and it’s not there fault. The hotel was in a great area
