Spacious backyard has a hot-tub, cold plunge, shower, TV area, grill and bar area perfect for vibing out! Front balcony has outdoor gym (not shown). House sits on a park with dog-park, kids playground, basketball, tennis courts, and Saturday farmers market. Located minutes from Design District, Wynwood, South Beach, and more!
