The location can not be better. It is right across the street from the brand new convention center, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes walk to the Lincoln Road, 20 minutes drive to the Miami International Airport. It is surrounded by hyper luxe hotels, fine dining, and elegant shops.
A CitiBike station is conveniently located downstairs. Parking available at $20 per day.

The apartment is located in the City Center of Miami Beach, the north part of South Beach. Miami Beach is in general very safe, and our building is located in one of the safest neighborhoods in South Beach.

The new convention center, Botanical Garden and the beach are all within walking distance.
CitiBike is probably the easiest way to explore Miami Beach. There is a station right in front of our building. It is a few dollars to rent a bike and you can return it in any other CitiBike station.
Uber ride within Miami Beach is usually within $10. If you would like to go to Wynwood, Downtown or the Airport, Uber is about $16-25.
If you plan to go a little far to the Everglades, the keys or Key Biscayne Park, having a car might be a good idea. Parking can be arranged for $20 per night and you can park in the street where the apartment is located.
IMPORTANT: If you need residential parking for more than 3 days - you must renew parking every 3 days per Miami Beach's rule. Regardless the number of days you were charged for parking, it is solely your responsibility to request each parking renewal. Parking is only confirmed when a confirmation screenshot is sent to you.
1. Pets are allowed but a $100 fee will be charged. You must inform us in advance.
2. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please keep in mind that if there is any noise/smoke reported, your booking will be canceled without a refund.
3. If more people are coming than expected, your booking will be canceled without a refund.
4. We can provide early check-in before 3 pm or late check-out after 11 am upon availability. An extra fee of $20/hour will be applied for the extra time of stay.
5. No wet swimming suit, tanning lotion, or makeup on the sofa or bed. Do not wipe makeup with the towels we provide. We will bill for permanently stained towels and sheets.
6. For any issues or complaints, we will try to resolve them within 24 hours. We do not issue refunds.
