Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light while showcasing breathtaking views of the coastline. The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and all the essentials for cooking and dining. Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a chic dining area, complete with a stylish table and seating for 6 for an intimate meal or a quick bite. The smaller bistro table for 2 likely features a compact design, it’s perfect for a quiet coffee or a cozy dinner.
Master Bedroom:
The primary bedroom is a luxurious retreat, featuring a king-size bed with plush linens and contemporary decor. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the ocean and cityscape, filling the space with natural light. A spacious closet provides ample storage, and the room is designed to create a serene atmosphere for a restful night’s sleep.

The en-suite bathroom is spa-inspired, equipped with a walk-in glass shower/bathtub combination and modern fixtures. Double vanity sinks provide plenty of counter space, and premium toiletries along with fresh, fluffy towels are included for your convenience.

FITNESS CENTER - 6th floor, Fully-equipped Fitness Center overlooking the intercostal (included in resort fee).
BEACH ACCESS - The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (included in resort fee).

UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES:

1. Resort Fee is $40 + tax per night
2. Valet Parking is $40 + tax per night
3. Security Deposit is $110 per night (to be paid at the front desk during check-in using a Credit/Debit card, refundable upon check-out)
EV Charger is available and guest have to pay for it separately.
*Only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella included in resort fee.
Please note: Extra beach chairs are available on a first come first served basis, consider arriving early to secure them particularly during high season.
Housekeeping during stay (optional):
$160 + tax
This option is provided by the resort and available to book only via email to "centralized", The front desk can provide further details and options to help you reserve a spot.
**Early check-in needs to be confirmed with the resort directly by calling, They would be able to check you in as soon as the property gets the confirmation for the inspectors.
***Late check-out fee is $120 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.
Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
