This is a great location that has lots of walking and running paths as well as bicycles that you can rent and is right next to the beach. There are lots of dining and shopping options all within a walking distance.

Incredible location, good deal

This hotel was a great deal for us as it is right on the art deco ocean drive area and next to the beach. Kids slept on sofa bed and we had the bedroom. Worked really well. Location unbeatable. Service very good!

When me and my husband arrived at 1030, they told us that they did not have a room availabl which was kind of crazy. Because we booked our room in February. The lady at the front desk. Her name was Cassie. She was so sweet, she worked. It took her a minute, but she got us together. We ended up getting a nice room. Thank you, Cassie.

Great location! It’s on a car free street and close to the beach. Parking is a bit of a challenge and you probably end up paying $45 per night. The room is clean, beds are good and ac woks good.

Had an awesome time and the customer service was great. The location was perfect to the beach and everything on Ocean Drive. Would definitely stay here again. Celebrated our 14 yr wedding anniversary for just a quick wknd getaway.

The staff were wonderful. The property was okay - but i guess buildings are older in South beach. The location was great. We got a corner window room that have the beach view, so it is pretty nice. Check in was a little tough, as the check in is in one of the three Hilton properties. While they are next to each other. Manager should post the check in address at the door, not at the coffee station inside the building - (if you have not checked in, you can't see that). For people that came to south beach and stay at Cresent for the first time, it can be a little worry some. I would stay at this property again, if i go to South Beach again.

Excellent location for beach access. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops including Lincoln Road Mall. Comfortable, spacious, nicely furnished room. We enjoyed our stay. Unclear why the term "Resort" appears in the name, for the amenities expected from a resort are absent. However it is a very good hotel and recommended unless you want (for instance) a pool or a reserved beach cabana.

Very thankful for the early check in as I had been traveling all night. The room was nice and clean and I loved the living and kitchen area. The area has everything one needs, from restaurants to shopping. The only downfall is the shower had little pressure and the water temperature was not hot at all. Also, the directions to the lounge chairs at the beach could be clearer by the front desk agent. But overall, good property with a great location.

Right in the action. Surprisingly, there was rarely a staff member at the front desk at this hotel and its sister hotel (and the one in between)...for hours. Would be incredibly frustrating if you needed to check-in or some assistance. Our 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 6. I will return.

We love the area, that's why we booked this hotel. But they placed us in a shabby building, which was renovated at the same time we stayed there! Also No view ( even I asked so many times), just workers outside the window!! We couldn't open the curtains because of that! - no privacy!
