El servicio de limpieza en la habitación fue muy malo, creo las empleadas lo hacían de maldad. Solo botaban la basura, no cambiaban las sábanas, no reponían el café, no limpiaban el baño, tampoco pasaban la aspiradora o suape. Hubo 2 días que no limpiaron y le pregunté a la que estaba de servicios en el piso y me dijo que no le toca a ella esa habitación. He usado Holiday Inn por muchos años pero esta experiencia en la habitación fue muy mala

Sin embargo la higiene de las habitaciones no es la mejor, el piso se sentía sucio, la alfombra ni hablar, y solo arreglaron las camas una noche de 3 que estuvimos. Para eso hubiera preferido que ni entraran a la habitación. Además éramos una familia de 5 y solo pusieron 3 toallas
