INCREDIBLE 3 BEDROOMS UNIT

  • Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Also located in the middle of Brickell. The Club at Brickell Bay is perfectly located right in the heart of Brickell with close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and much more. This building offers an incredible fully equipped gym and many other great amenities such as a game room, business center, two pools, hot tub, and massage room. Cable and internet included.
    House Rules

    -There`s a $50 Non-negotiable one-time fee before check-in for registration/Parking/Amenities.

    -Guests must make sure to leave keys and fob inside the unit the day of their check-out and submit a picture for visibility. Missing fobs will result in a $250 fee under any circumstances.

    -Smoking is strongly prohibited inside all our units, only allowed on the balcony. Smoking smell and/or evidence of smoking inside premises will result in a $250 fee.

    -Guests are liable for any damage or missing items inside the property. Please leave the unit in good condition to avoid additional fees.

    -Host is not responsible for amenities closures by the building during your stay. Refunds do not apply.

    -Events and small gatherings are upon request. An additional cleaning fee of $150 would apply.
