Stay high above Brickell on the 20th floor at The Icon! Wake up to direct pool views, relax on the balcony with a coffee, and enjoy smart lighting, two smart TVs, and a king bed. Fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, a full bathroom with a bathtub, in-unit washer/dryer, dining table, and fast Wi-Fi.

Please note: the pool's only open from Friday to Sunday, it's closed Monday through Thursday.

The neighborhood is also known for its walkability, safety, and scenic views. Whether you're taking a morning jog along the waterfront or winding down at a wine bar at sunset, there's always something happening nearby.

This form states the dates of your arrival and departure, Photo IDs of ALL the guests above 18 years of age (no exception), and the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules.
➤ Please be informed that amenity passes can be collected any day of the week between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
➤Parking is NOT included. You may use the Valet Parking on-site:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.
