Getting around is effortless from our Hialeah location. We provide free parking on the premises for your convenience, which is the most recommended way to explore the greater Miami area. While public transportation options are available in the city, having a car allows you to reach major hubs like Miami International Airport in approximately thirty five to forty minutes. The Hard Rock Stadium is also a short twenty three minute drive away, making our home an ideal base for your travels throughout South Florida.

- Security Cameras

The property is equipped with security cameras that cover only the exterior areas of the property, the swimming pools, and the common areas. These remain on and in operation at all times, used exclusively for security purposes and to ensure the protection of the property and the guests.



- Cleaning and Sanitization

Our property undergoes rigorous cleaning and sanitization processes in accordance with CDC standards. Our dedicated team conducts pre-stay inspections to ensure you enjoy an impeccable experience.



- Insect Precautions

Although we regularly treat the property for insects and pests, please note that Florida’s subtropical climate may attract small critters. To minimize this, we kindly ask you to keep doors closed as a preventive measure.



- Propane tanks for the fire pit and grill will need to be replaced by guests at the moment they use it, if guests found it empty, we will refund the refill of the tank, but guests need to take care of propane.
