Trash:
-Trash can be emptied using the building trash chute.
-The room containing the the trash chute is at the end of the hall by the elevators.
Pool:
The pool will have limited access until the end of July 2024. On week days, it will be open only from 3:30pm until dusk. On weekends and holidays it will be open from sunrise until sunset.

Keys and Entry:
Please check in with the front desk concierge using the provided confirmation number. The front desk will provide you with an electronic key for elevator use. You will gain access to the unit using the key we have provided for you. The key is located in a lockbox that is attached to the door of the unit. The code for the lockbox will be provided with instructions before your check in. Please return the key to the lockbox when you check out.
The Neighborhood:
You are right at the center of easy access to many beautiful restaurants, shopping center, coffee shops, as well as Walmart that is conveniently located across the street from the Beachwalk building.
Getting Around:
Pool:
You have access to the first floor, waterfront pool in front of the fitness center during your stay. The pool hours are from 8am-7pm daily.
Bistro:
There is a small Bistro places located on the first level floor next to the pool. They offer a variety of food, beverages, snacks, as well as delicious coffee. Make sure you check them out!
Gym:
Enjoy access to the well-equipped gym on the first floor next to the pool area and Bistro.
Other Things to Note:
Elevators get very busy around 11am - 12pm during check out. And they are busy between 4pm-4:30pm during check in hours.
**About the pool**
The owners' pool will be closed for a scheduled painting project starting from April 15th. The closure is expected to last for approximately 5 weeks. The pool will have limited access until the end of July 2024. On week days, it will be open only from 3:30pm until dusk. On weekends and holidays it will be open from sunrise until sunset.
**About the Air conditioning**
Kindly note that the AC can only be set to a maximum of 70 degrees.
