The property is located right on South Beach - just a couple of doors down from the Scarface Hotel (Colony Hotel). Room was clean and worked great for us - bathroom was small, and shower was narrow, but everything was adequate, and the price was right, considering the location. The on-site restaurant was great! Easy access to the beach for fabulous sunrises, and sunsets over the city.

The front desk guy was very nice! He remembered us by our room number each time and made sure we had enough towels for the beach. he even went the extra mile to let us borrow the umbrella for the beach. Great location and 70-80s feel hotel.

The location is good. But that’s all. The room was dirty, smelled bad. Looks like it hasn’t been updated in years. Sheets and pillows were stained, left as soon as I checked in. Front desk would not Change our room or refund. Would not recommend to anyone
