Very clean place. They offer a kitchen area, which was convenient. While it does not include a stove or cooktop, there is a microwave available, which is useful for warming food. The only downside is that there were no plates or dishes provided to eat from after heating up meals.

Honestly a really solid place to stay, the room was clean and the staff was super friendly! The lobby is really small and the elevator is small and old but still completely accessible and a good sized room. The bathroom had no door which was random and surprising lol but I’d stay here again for sure. Really good price point for south beach.

Everything was good except there was NO hot water during our entire stay, which is a big issue. The elevator was also broken and lugging our large suitcases up the stairwell was unpleasant, but it was repaired during our stay. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, the room was modern. I would advise them to install sound proof windows such as the ones the other hotels that we have stayed at in south beach have, as you will be awaken by traffic noise from time to time. Not being able to take a shower for 3 days definitely leaves an unpleasant feeling about the hotel and the staff that said in a friendly manner that there was nothing they could do.

The hotel is located in a continent area. We were able to get to our destinations with a short. Staff was very nice however they did have me sign something that they didn’t give me the chance to read an said that they would explain what was in it but gave no explanation.

Although a pool is pictured in the Hotel's amenities, it was not available for use! Although a pool at another hotel was offered, but the distance was not as close as I was led to believe. Also, the kitchen was clean and decently stocked, a blender would have been convenient and necessary! And window shades were missing in the bedroom. Curtains were there, but no window shades, as in the front living area. Otherwise, my stay was pleasant! The Hotel location is extremely convenient to all restaurants, stores, transportation, beach, etc. No complaints on location.
