Great staff! We were able to check-in early. Also, gave options to leave luggage at the hotel. Hotel was walking distance to beach! Hotel offered a lot of amenities and activities! Would def book here again!

Staff was excellent and accommodating. Room was clean and beautifully decorated. Lights in our room did not work and the shower handle was broken. Was a bit of a walk to the beach but all in all a very nice day.

Very clean, friendly staff, beautiful ocean view from our room, walking distance to everything (beach, stores, restaurants). Rooms are small, and they do not have a fridge or microwave in the rooms, but they were not a deal breaker. We still enjoyed our stay! We will be back for sure.

Convenient location for South beach and Ocean Drive. Good food and drink with excellent service in the restaurant and bar. However, the spaces felt quite cramped and the fitness room was small so got crowded. Staff were just friendly enough for a neutral interaction.

The hotel is clean and easy walking distance to the beach and food options. The size of the rooms are the only issue. It felt like an inside cabin on a cruise ship. No storage and limited outlets for charging your phone. Overall we had a great trip, but would try a different hotel next time.
