Only good thing about this place is location

We booked this expecting a king bed and when we arrived the front desk worker told us there were none available and there was nothing she could do. She had no idea what VRBO was and basically said it was our fault for booking through a separate agency. My husband and I had to sleep in a full size bed the duration of the trip. They lock the AC controls and the lowest it can be set at is 68. We were sweating the entire time in our room. On two separate occasions our room key just randomly stopped working and we had to get it reset. Doesn’t seem like a huge issue, but the second time there were no front desk workers on site and they asked me to walk a block to their sister property to get it reset myself at 10PM. The walls were so incredibly thin that we could hear full conversations of the couple staying adjacent to us. The wifi never worked during our 3 night stay. As we were cleaning up to prepare to leave this morning we found a huge dead cockroach laying on the kitchen floor. This place is not as advertised and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Other than our key card not working a few times we had no complaints. Perfect location and each guest had own bed/pullout couch. Overall safe area

Property was comfortable and central to stuff but very ill equipped. It had nothing in the kitchen if you wanted to eat in. Host need to put a little more effort into their VRBO and have what people need

Great location in Miami Beach

Note: this is a unit in the Dorchester hotel on Collins, which isn’t extremely clear in the posting The good: We loved the location, especially the Cuban restaurant Morenos downstairs. The Dorchester has a partnership with the Marsellies hotel 1.5 blocks down, which is where we had to checkin, and has the superior pool/beach area. The Dorchester suites apparently have more space/better layouts. Everything was in walking distance. The bad: There is a TON of street noise and the unit itself has older doors/windows that really need to be properly sealed to remedy this. Also there was confusion over booking via Vrbo vs. a typical resort stay, which I had to get clarified several times with the Marseilles staff to avoid extra charges.

Great place to stay in Miami

My experience renting this property was amazing! It had everything that my girlfriend and I needed for our weekend vacation. Tania was a great host and very responsive to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Miami Beach!

Not sure if we would be a returning customer to this property

Property was clean, however 3 bath towels for 2 adults for 5 nights was very disappointing. We did not receive any blue/white pool towels as stated in our check in sheet in the room. Wifi was terrible. We could not send out any messages at all. Televisions had a few local channels only. Powered coffee creamer in the packets was so old it was a hard solid block. One receptacle at the coffee pot did not work which was a little concerning for us.
