Is like a jail, don’t recommend staying here. There are more than 50 beds in the same room, is mixed, is not a separated female/male. Cleanliness of the bathroom and shower was terrible. There’s just 4 bathrooms an 5 showers for 5 people!! People in the restrooms were complaining about their stuff getting stolen at the showers. Kitchen very dirty and people making noises and talking very loud until 12 am. Couldn’t sleep well. Skip this place

If you book through Expedia there will be additional fees - which was not exciting to discover when you're traveling and ready to rest, and the hotel doesn't budge on that which was upsetting.... otherwise the staff was great, the cleaners worked their hardest to keep up with all the traffic pool got shut down right as I arrived and wasn't back up 5 days later unfortunately. and one of the showers was rusted and the roof was coming in. honestly after the frustration around hidden fees and I got into my bed, I was comfortable and it was a safe landing pad I appreciate the attentive front desk and the crew working there

Bathroom needs attention, shower room ceiling is falling , they are mostly dirty, noise from the kitchen (tv on loud, people talking loud ) until the dawn 2 o'clock in the morning while silence from 11pm to 9am is supposed to happen. As to the front desk Julio and Erick treat people professionally…but there’s a woman unfortunately I do not remember her name, which does not. Kitchen : the fridge is a mess and dirty…

This resort is charging hidden resort fees. Hotels.com has no problems with them charging hidden fees. This place is filthy. With the additional fees, someone could say somewhere nice like the Generator.

They double charged me for the resort fee and they were rude and unprofessional!! it is very close to the beach but very dirty and no hot water. Most of the crowd there are homeless people. Overall avoid.

The cleanliness was subpar—the bathrooms were constantly wet and not well-maintained, and the bunk areas felt cramped and stuffy. The “luxury” label is misleading. You’re basically in a glorified bunk room with zero privacy. If you’re expecting a peaceful night’s sleep forget it.

The location was quite good, but the cleanliness was terrible. The sheets they gave as “clean” had stains on them. The toilets were very dirty, only cleaned once a day, and almost every time I went in there, I found feces inside. At night, nobody turned off the lights and there was no management controlling the noise. There were no outlets in the dorm, so charging my phone was a real struggle. The lockers under the beds were not practical at all — every time you opened or closed them, they made so much noise that it disturbed everyone around.
