Not so clean, old kitchen, not enough pots to cook in when you have a family. No sheet, pillows or blanket for the bed sofa. Had to wait until next day. Only positive thing was easy to check in and out. Nice pool area and gym on 7th floor. Good location.

very nice property in a quite area. everything is in good condotion, the pool is nice (although very shallow), washing machine, nespresso coffee machine beach towels,,, the only thing is that although we made a reservation for 7 the apartment wasnt ready for 7 people, the sofa bed was dirty when we opened it and we didnt have bed sheets for the sofa bed. We tried to make contact with the after hors assistance (we arrived late) but there was no answer. We eneded up 3 (2 adults 1 child) sleeping in 1 bed). So in cunclusion a great place for 6, and arrive during working hours

We are extremely disappointed with this apartment and the company’s service. We were not able to check in because the listing contained false information. It clearly stated that parking was available for our cat type ( truck ) but when we arrived, we discovered that there was no parking at all for big car, leaving us with nowhere to leave our car. Additionally, the description of the area was misleading and inaccurate, making the entire listing unreliable and deceptive. The company’s service was absolutely terrible. We tried to contact them several times in advance, but received no response until they finally wrote to us only 2 hours before check-in – at a time when cancellation was no longer possible. It was clearly done intentionally so that we wouldn’t be able to cancel the reservation and get our money back. On top of that, the Expedia customer service is also awful. They take no responsibility, they never help, and this is not the first time we have experienced this with them. Every time there is an issue, they do nothing to resolve it, leaving the customer alone with the problem. In the end: we couldn’t check in, the property did not match the description, we received no support, and no refund. Absolutely not recommended.

very convenient and comfortable condo 7 mins walk from the beach and close to shops / cafes as well as a Publix supermarket. We did not need a car and you can book rides if you need to go to Miami or Aventura.

Amazing location, only a short 3 blocks to walk to the beach. So many neat places in walking distance. Very easy to locate condo and navigate traffic. BEAUTIFUL views!! Condo was very neat and clean, set up with everything we needed, laundry, and full kitchen. Will definitely stay here again!
