Everything was great and as expected, lovely property, clean! Unfortunately, there was a construction going on right outside of our balcony, and so balcony was locked from the outside by construction workers. Unit owner was not notified by the building that balcony door was being blocked. She offered me a very reasonable discount/refund, and so we were happy to spend more time outside and by the pool area, thus not having balcony was not that big of an issue.
