Very unique location. Close to everything you could want (food, beach, hotel pool). Older place and not “perfect”, but clean and staff was helpful. Cost for food, drink, valet, etc. were high. Although I would expect it for the location.

The room was adequate size for the 5 of us. We had the 2 bedroom/2 bath with balcony. The kitchen was nice to have with a refrigerator/ ice maker built in. The property could use a good cleaning in the common areas and the pool. The beds were comfortable and the night attendant was very welcoming for our late check-in.

YOU CANT BEAT THE VIEW ! THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS , THE LOCATION WAS AMAZING . I would stay here again if visiting miami- i will note this is not a super fancy hotel its a little dated and the elevator was questionable we opted for the stairs but all in all it fit our needs !

Room spotless staff was great. View was amazing. Not near as loud as i expected. It was a lovely stay and perfect location. I had a great time.

Nice little private boutique hotel. Painting in the main hall is ... interesting. Fresh bed, clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Parking is funny- always pay for parking. Towing is a norm. Read sign closely as not every spot requires 24h paid parking.

Room could have been cleaner. Was very spacious and comfortable. Tv in main area didn't work but was ok for me since I mainly watched the tv in bedroom. I am sure if I had asked for assistance could have solved any issues but wasn't anything that particular bothered me other than cleanliness of room( hair in bathroom, somewhat dusty). Was mostly outside. pool was fine, pool area(broken lounge chairs, trash left) not 100%. Beautiful view from rooftop. Was able to watch sunrise. For the location, amenities (fridge and microwave, rooftop pool, use of towels for Beach) and price The Fritz was well worth it. I would stay again!!

Great room. Only issue is I could not figure out the TV

I stayed there for 3 days. On the positive side, the day staff was really nice. Pool upstairs is small but nice and clean enough with just minor dead bugs in the corner. With some lounge chairs and the view of the beach was great. AC was working well and room was big and spacious. But the shower water pressure was TERRIBLE. It was just trickles of water if you got a lot of hair it will take some time to wash the hair products off. So make sure you check that shower. And a couple of small minor things that need to be updated on the sink as well. There was a night staff who we complained about the rooms TV not working and the noise(Our room was on the ground floor, next to a lively restaurant. So if you are a light sleeper, make sure to not book the ground floor facing that restaurant). The night staff seemed uninterested and all he said was he will let technician know tomorrow but there was no follow up the next day. Overall, its a pretty decent hotel. I suggest just inspect your room first before you let your hair down and if theres something wrong. Have them try to fix it right away or change rooms. One of the girls that stayed there. Told me the water pressure in her room was good. So just double check.
