They are over staffed at all times to ensure first class service and everyone went out of their way from the doorman to the cleaning staff. The outdoor areas and pools are fabulous with a great vibe. I love everything about this property ! Hugo in concierge , the front desk staff , the housekeeping staff ALL ARE TOP NOTCH! Our room was beautiful as well . We took advantage of the complimentary shuttle service it was great !
