📜 Additional Information

A rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival.

After signing, guests must provide a photo of the credit card used for booking and a matching government-issued ID.

Security cameras are located only at exterior entry points—no cameras are inside the home.

Pet Friendly: $300 fee for the first pet and $200 for the second (any size or breed).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property.

The pool is professionally serviced every Wednesday between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
If you see someone working in the pool area during this time, don’t be alarmed — it’s part of regular maintenance to ensure the pool stays clean and ready for your enjoyment.

🌿 Landscaping

Our landscaping team services the property once a week, typically on Wednesday or Thursday mornings.
You may see them working briefly in the yard — no need to be concerned.

🗑️ Garbage Collection

The City of Miami collects trash every Monday and Thursday morning.
Two garbage bins are located on the side of the house.
If your stay includes those days, please:

Place the bins at the front of the driveway the night before collection.

Bring them back behind the gate afterward.
Your help in keeping the property tidy is greatly appreciated!

🎉 Parties & Noise Policy

Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and local ordinances require no loud music or noise after 10:00 PM.
Violating this rule may result in immediate termination of your reservation and additional fees.

🚗 Parking

The driveway offers ample parking for guests.
Please do not park on the street to avoid any city fines or towing.

🐾 Pet Policy

We welcome pets! Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring one.

Pet Fee: $250 per pet

Refundable Pet Deposit: $300

Cleaning Fee: $150 (if pet waste is not properly cleaned up)

We appreciate your help in keeping the property clean and comfortable for all guests.

Please note: There is no lifeguard on duty.
All guests use the pool at their own risk.
The property owners are not liable for any pool-related injuries or accidents.

No diving is allowed.

No glass in or near the pool area.

Please supervise children at all times.

We schedule regular pest control services, but Florida’s tropical climate means you may occasionally see small insects or critters.
To help prevent this, please keep doors closed and avoid leaving food outside.

Simply log into your own accounts to start watching.
