"Perfect location close to Brightline, the Omni, museums, and Bayfront. We also loved the hotel. It was top notch. Service was great and the view from our room was incredible."

"Excelente distribución de la habitación y la ubicación maravillosa"

"We enjoyed our anniversary weekend at RS Suites – District 225 Miami! Dave and the team were responsive and provided clear check-in and parking instructions. They were also understanding when the rain delayed our arrival, which we appreciated. Having complimentary parking was a great bonus. Thank you for helping make our anniversary getaway a lovely experience!"

"Great location with ease of access to transport and shopping"

"Nice room and entire residence hotel/condos for a week’s stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, good a/c after maintenance got it working properly, lovely moire of the bay and ocean. Good restaurants a block away in the World Mall. Weather was good in February. "

"Very good location & clean apartment. Good communication. "

"Clean Room. Staff friendly. Parking said before booking that “SELF PARKING” is “FREE” and “INCLUDED”. At arrival they told us there’s no Parking and the only option is Valet Parking with a $45 fee. Them in middle of the night Power went Out until 7:30am. Lot of noise around. Floor 20."

"The morning shift front staff and manager was very helpful! The property was very clean and it smelled so good!!"

"The room was huge and clean. The street noise was very loud through the thin window. We were on the 10th floor. The security guard was very friendly and helped us find a great place to walk to for lunch!"

"Really disappointed. Room wasn't made up when we arrived. Didn't have enough towels, pillows and no bedding for the sofa bed. Power went off whilst we were there, booked late check out and staff then locked us out of room. Was back and forth to reception throughout our stay. Whilst waiting for our pick up, my 8 year old needed the toilet. Asked at reception and was told didn't have toilets, asked what we should do and was basically told tough! 8"
