"We spent a week at this hotel. Although we had booked it at the standard price, we were pleased with their services. Very peaceful, tidy, with a good air freshener and breakfast. Our sincere thanks to everyone, especially Eneida."

"Communication was very poor. Upon arrival, the place had not been cleaned from the previous renters. We had to wait for housekeeping to arrive and clean. Two and a half hours later we were able to enter the home. Some family members had to shower elsewhere in order to save time for an event we had to attend. I never received the discount for the inconvenience that was promised. Otherwise, We enjoyed our stay."

"Miami is home to me and I traveled back to celebrate my grandfather’s 80th birthday with family and needed a place to stay being that most of us no longer live there. I must say location was most important, and in Miami one wrong turn can land you where you don’t want to be. This location was PERFECT, just tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but had plenty of access to the turnpike, restaurants and shopping; also not too far from downtown and the beaches (about 20 minutes). When it comes to the actual property, the footprint was large itself, but the layout was perfect for a vacation and entertainment. I absolutely loved the kitchen and the covered back patio. Also the rooms were really spacious and everything nicely decorated and stocked. Communication and checking in was simple and seamless. We did run in to some issues with tiny water leaks because of the torrential rains, which has since been resolved. Besides that, I would absolutely book this stay again with a small group. "

"The house was unbelievable. Exactly what was advertised and then some. Super clean and tidy and everything we needed was available in the house. We had an issue with the front door and once I reached out to let the host know I got an almost instantaneous response and they sent someone over to help. Overall couldn’t be happier with our stay and the house made our trip."
