El Beso Adults Only At Ocean El Faro - All Inclusive

"This is an ok type of hotel, not really 5 stars in my opinion. The staff from El Beso side gave better service than the Ocean El Faro side, also was the food, everything. The process to make a reservation for dinner in 2 of the 3 restaurants that need reservations done, was a total headache, stressful, my husband and I planned those vacations to celebrate our wedding anniversary, the hotel knew this. With all this being said, I noticed that the service in general is not the same for Dominicans or Latinos as it is to other foreigners, I think that when the found out that you speak Spanish or that you are Dominican, they treat you differently. And I’m not even just Dominican, I’m American as well. We also heard this from other guests at the hotel. Thank god we had a swim-up room and our own premium bottles!"

"The staff here were the nicest people ever!!! From bartenders to servers to front desk and everyone in between. Honestly if we come back to the DR, I won’t stay anywhere else. The resort is beautiful, the room was great and the food delicious."

"Perfect pick for my solo trip. Quiet enough for me to relax and feel peaceful, engaging enough if you do want to socialize. I booked the private pool and loved it. I liked the food, but the best breakfast I had was room service. Other than that all of my dinner picks were amazing. The complimentary hydro treatment at the spa was the best way to end my trip."

"10/10. First coming in to the hotel they bring you hand sanitizer, a towel and glass of champagne. Check in was smooth. Staff was AMAZING. Helpful, resourceful. The food was great even the buffet. Our room was perfect. It was cool to have my phone connect to the room to play music. The buttons on the wall to use for DND, housekeeping, the little cubbie where room service brings your order. Super clean and love the swim up! The service at the restaurant and pool area great! Everything in close proximity was great. So many pools and restaurant options. The beach was nice just rough waves and sargassum was not that bad. I am from RD so i seen way better beaches in RD. My husband loved the gym and how it had water, Gatorade and towels. The spa was great. Super relaxing and the water journey was a nice end for the trip. They offer to hold your things after check out and a shower room (very clean) before you go to the airport. BEST EXPERIENCE. The things they offer for anniversary also great. This resort should quiet literally be #1. No one is pushy and just helpful."
