The front desk staff from checking in to checking out was extremely friendly. Loved that we were able to sit out on a patio and enjoy the night with our own heated lamp. The suite we got was super nice and clean. I would recommend to stay here and I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Indiana.

A nice resting point between home and friends.

We have been here before and appreciate the clean and comfortable rooms, the lovely decor, the friendly staff and location. We recommend 4411 to family and friends. It’s a great stopping point when we come to Michigan from Iowa to visit family and friends.

This is a great little gem of a place! Affordable, updated, and unique. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. It’s one of those little roadside hotels… but nice!

We needed one night's stay and this was the most affordable and attractive in near New Buffalo. Nicely remodeled, clean mid century aesthetics, cute firepit/outdoor area where people hung out, and great breakfast truck in the morning with a stellar breakfast sammie!

Excellent stay at 4411 Inn & Suites. The upgrades to a very modern look were amazing. We also thought the idea of a Food Truck on premise for breakfast, etc. was genius.

Great hotel!

This is a hotel that has done great updates. The rooms are drive up access, which we like. We don't have to haul luggage through lobby and onto elevator. Rooms are good size, clean, modern and lovely with french doors out the back that lead to a small patio with table and chairs for every room.

Updated motel…

Room itself was clean and comfortable. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to consider someplace else. This is located right next to the railroad tracks. It wasn’t bothersome to us but we can sleep through most noise.

Way better than what the price suggests

It was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Has everything you need, although basic. There were a few dents and scratches here and there but it is a wonderful place. Won't even think about another hotel if I'm in the area.

The service here was amazing, the woman who checked us in (Akia) made sure we had a great stay. They have open fire pits outside, a food truck in the morning, and clean rooms. It is a nice place to rest while traveling. My only suggestion would be maybe to add hair dryers to the rooms and make sure nothing is broken. (My light switch needed to be replaced) However, I would definitely stay here again and loved the quiet, comfy atmosphere.

This property is nicely updated and maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and adequately furnished. The only thing lacking is it would be nice to have additional security options on the door, like a deadbolt lock. It rained so we were unable to use the firepit but it looked very nice and inviting. I think things property is a very fair value.

This motel has been totally redone in a clean, sleek design that is very nice! Sort of Scandinavian style. Very smart use of space in the rooms with modern furniture that serves the purpose well but doesn’t clutter the space. The grounds are so welcoming with fire pit and bright chairs with a tarp for shade. Price is very reasonable. Warren Dunes and Lake Michigan are 4 minutes away. The staff is warm, welcoming and helpful! Highly recommend.

Generally ok. Clean, decor ok and comfortable. Not much in the way of service. Office not open most of our stay, ice hidden in the closed office. “Restaurant” is a food truck in parking lot with one slightly grouchy cook. After 10 minutes, gave up trying to order. Go to Randy's instead.

Smokey!!

We read they are non-smoking rooms. We checked in late and was extremely tired and the late hour check in was great. However, we walked into a room and was immediately met with a horrible odor of cigarette smoke. The window was open in November but brought us little relief. So, the staff was aware of this. It's like someone stayed for a week and smoke 3 packs a day. I was disappointed as it is a quaint experience of roadside motels of days gone by. I wish I would have given them the opportunity to fix it, but again it was so late. Worth a try but if your allergic to smoke please make sure you specify your request ahead of time.
