6 bedroom house in Beachwalk Resort.
Prom parties are not allowed at the house. Starting from scratch has allowed us to build a house that has every detail thought out to make it truly a carefree rental experience. With years of renting homes, we have gathered our ideas and built a house your family will make lasting memories in.

Golf cart available April 1 to November 1.
Professionally decorated reflects our view of how a relaxing beach experience should be.

It is 3/4 mile walk to the beach or golf cart ride which we provide.

The unique features of our house is the 3 separate areas kids of all ages can play in. The den on the main level is great for the younger kids to play while the older kids play in the gaming room on the lower level. Outside is the grassy area in the back and the deck and hot tub to enjoy. On the front porch is a 400 sq. foot enclosed deck where you can relax. This is a great feature for large groups to enjoy.

1st Bedroom - Master bedroom with a queen bed and master bath.
2nd Bedroom - Master Bedroom with a queen bed and master bath.
3rd Bedroom - Queen bed
4th Bedroom - Bunk beds with pull out trundle. Twin over full bed with trundle
5th Bedroom - Bunk beds with pull out trundle. Twin over full bed with trundle
6th Bedroom - Bunk beds with pull out trundle. Twin over twin bed with trundle
Den - Queen pull out sofa couch.
The first floor is an open floor plan in the great room. The den on the first floor is a great place for the kids to relax while you are cooking dinner either in the beautiful kitchen or the gas grill outside. The den also has a pull out couch.

The second floor has 2 Master bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a twin bunk with a trundle. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed.

The lower level floor has a huge area with a flat screen tv and surround sound. It also has gaming tables to enjoy. There are 2 beds down there with bunk beds and a trundle. It can accommodate up to 17 people.

It has a hot tub and a grassy area backyard. Take the golf cart to the beach or use the bikes we provide for your riding pleasure. We are close to the club house pool, basketball and tennis. We have beach toys for the kids to use for the beach. Beachwalk also has a community pool, tennis and basketball. Walk to their private Lake Kai to enjoy fishing or to rent a paddleboat. Come have fun in this brand new house this year. Located right in Beachwalk Resort.

Great place to stay for large groups!
We have stayed at this house for several years now and its perfect for our family weekend. There are plenty of bedrooms and areas where you can get some quiet time. The location of the house is perfect for those that like the beach,casinos, shopping and wineries.

Family Memories Made Here
Our stay at Royal Retreat was amazing. The house was beautifully decorated - spacious for 8 adults and 6 younger kids and well-stocked with all we needed. Having a golf cart was great for getting around to the pool, the beach and other activities. We also brought two bicycles which helped in addition to the golf cart. The whole area is walkable but it was nice to have. Patricia was a great communicator. Whole area was family friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Royal Retreat Cottage
Another beautiful week at the Royal Retreat cottage! The cottage was clean, in a great location and had everything we needed for a fun filled week. We all enjoyed the hot tub, pool, Lake Michigan, and the fishing. The host was very attentive when I had a question and we are planning to rent again next year! A wonderful vacation in a beautiful cottage!

Great stay!
Our group consisted of 5 couples/ families ranging from 18 months-65 years. We had an excellent time. The basement is a great extra space with the two bunk rooms. Everyone was comfortable and loved the accommodations. The golf cart was so convenient and super straightforward to access and use. We would love to stay at the “purple house” again!

Another excellent family weekend in Beachwalk!
With family spread across Chicagoland and Michigan, this was once again the perfect meet up spot for us to gather. The home is perfectly set up for multiple families to have privacy but also enjoy spacious common areas. The walkable neighborhood and nearby parks and a nice perk too, all while only being a short walk to the beach. Tricia is easy to work with and highly responsive. We will certainly return!

Great place for large family gathering!!
This was our first time staying here and it met all of our needs and was above our expectations. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the folding tables were an extra bonus for us to do puzzles and crafts at. Everyone ran smoothly and Tricia was quick to communicate with us. The Royal Retreat is a very nice & spacious house. There were 9 in our group. There were 4 Sisters all retired and 5 of our daughters. It was a Mother/Daughter wknd. The house is decorated nicely, w/a very wide open concept floor plan. It’s totally stocked. We found everything we needed. We used & Loved the Hot Tub, and the golf cart was a nice added treat. Only have a few things to mention. The bunk bed on the 2nd floor, the top bunk, no one slept in it because it’s very rickety, felt too unstable while climbing up. Same for the lower level bunk beds top bunk. Check in & out was easy peasy and Communication between our party & w/Tricia was AWESOME. She responded almost immediately whenever I had a question. It was a pleasure staying in the house. I just feel the cleaning service needs to clean better. The floors on main level were pretty dirty & the lower level bathroom shower wasn’t the cleanest. Overall it was nice

We have stayed here twice now and we love this house. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very convenient and the main level kitchen, dining, and other living space is well organized and comfortable. We appreciate the golf cart for trips to the beach.
