This house sits on two lots nested in the woods in the most picturesque part of Long Beach. Friendly, quite cozy neighborhood. Multiple gathering places inside and outside. Minimum stay length may be required by city ordinance.

July 2020 Stay

-Gaining access to property-easy -Cleanliness of property on arrival-Ok but cobwebs / spiders were in EVERY corner of EVERY room. -Half of first full day was spent vacuuming away cobwebs / scouring kitchen/utensils/glassware/ serving ware AND the dish washer (had not planned for any of this) -Other than cleaning - the house is comfortable w/ LOADS of room and a pleasant walk to Beach Stop 20. -Master Bdrm. mattress is the worst in the entire house. Squishy, lumpy and creaky. -This property could use some landscaping work but we loved the location and front porch/ out door seating/dining area. -Family and dog friendly a definite plus - Owner is super pleasant and responsive to ‘asks’
