The staff was beyond excellent, location was excellent, cleanliness was excellent!! Three thumbs up for this establishment! I stay in 200 hotels a year in America and wish any one of them had the service and caring this place gives!! 7 out of 5 Stars!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and approachable, the buffet breakfast is included, and there are coffee makers in the rooms. The price is affordable.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, five star service and amenities. We were greeted with a welcome drink (coffee and fresh green juice were our choices). The design and ambiance is gorgeous, both antique and contemporary. The rooms are each unique and cozy, and ours had a wonderful view. We loved the robes, slippers, soft towels and very comfortable large beds. Loved the reading lights and nice toiletries. Receptionist Lupita was very courteous, professionalism, and serviceable to any of our needs. My so. Ended up getting very ill and the some of his meds needed to be fridge. Without hesitation the hotel assisted us with refrigeration and service. We were there 9 days 8 nights. Every single day was pleasant and very serine. Definitely returning here.

One of the best hotels in Mexico. Marco Antonio Solís put his heart and love for Michoacan into this hotel and it shows in every detail. What made our stay so special was the staff. Everyone that works there was so friendly and helpful. They made us feel like family. Highly recommend this hotel.

Friends had recently stayed at Hotel Pueblo Magico and highly recommended it. It was charming, quiet and friendly. Great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Great staff and location

This place is beautiful for great price. The restaurant on site had delicious food with low prices. Very spacious rooms, the grounds were well maintained, swimming pool was available, but the weather did not permit us to use it. Would stay here again.
