"I would not go back, the room was super outdated, the furniture was very old, smelled funky, the ac and and bathrom fan both needed to be replaced because they made veryyy loud noises. The shower had no curtain and all the water went on the bathroom floor. The bedsheets had stains on them and every day we left the bed so they could see them, they didn't replace them until we took The sheets off outselves and put them on the floor. When we got to the room, there was a dirty towel on our balcony and it was not removed until day 4 of us being there. The second story pool is very outdated. The other pool by the beach was very tight, we went out around 11am and we were never able to get beach chairs because they were filled so we were forced to go to the beach to lay out. Our front door was very hard to lock and unlock. There was people partying next to us a few times and it was incredibly loud. Moral of story, we paid $350 a night and this was what we had to deal with. I couldnt wait t come home and sleep on a clean bed."

"We booked this hotel last minute because our flight got canceled. They did order us an Uber to pick us up from the airport which we really appreciated. However, the shuttle doesn’t start until 5 AM so we were unable to use it and had to pay for an Uber, even though they advertised shuttle service.The beds were comfortable but the washroom and bathtub is very dirty. Front desk was helpful and there is a gas station close by to get some supplies."

"The area around the hotel did not feel safe. If there wasn’t a parking garage where you can only get in with a key, I would have cancelled and eaten the cost. Check in was super fast, they didn’t explain where anything was, I didn’t even know what floor I was on. Room was clean, but you can hear EVERYTHING. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. We were up every time a train went by, felt like it was every hour! Traffic is non stop. Kids in the hallway. Ended up eating at the bar by the pool, the guy who made our drinks and took our order was super nice. Even recommended his favorite drink, mango/strawberry Rita- SO good!! The food was okay. Breakfast was good, staff there were friendly."

"The room was clean and check in process was smooth. The management/staff was responsive to concerns. The A/C did not work properly but the fan made the room more comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and well equipped. Ample parking is available for all units."
