"Beware that there are two main buildings to the hotel. Marina side, be prepared to walk across a bridge in a hot hallway away from ALL amenities. Main building looks super new and upgraded, but marina building is older and surface level clean. Our room was clean, but looked like someone came in to paint or attempt to upgrade space on a budget. Pool area is small for such a large hotel, don’t expect to get a chair… not enough available. Although we had amenities bands, there was a hut stating we needed to pay for chairs at the beach. We got one time drink tickets upon check in, I guess that was a perk."

"Avoid this property! Convenient location to the airport, and the shuttle was helpful, but other than that, there is nothing positive we can report. It was dirty, dated, and was just icky all around. We never took off our shoes, including in the shower. The shower curtain had mold at the bottom, the ceiling above the bathroom sink was peeling badly, the room door didn't close tightly, and we felt uneasy for the 8 hours we were there. Lots of noise from other guests. The ONLY reason we stayed there was that our flight was cancelled, and nothing else was available in the area because Formula 1 was in town. I literally can't believe we paid ($210) to stay there - they should have paid us. But I can't even name a price I'd be willing to accept to stay there again. Just gross!"

"this place is great staff is nice make sure to tip the staff they work extremely hard and it makes everyone happier!!! the waiter on the beach John is a blessing the rooms are nice and clean and they like to accommodate. The elevator was broken for three days which i feel should never be the case for an exclusive hotel. The showers on the beach entrance were also broken. The lazy river is a plus and the beach food is really good. "

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This place is wonderful! The room was extremely clean and well organized. Michael left a very thoughtful handwritten welcome note since I had a late check-in, and he even came by to introduce himself. The location is fantastic, very close to Wilton Drive in a safe neighborhood, with everything within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Stayed end of April for 4 nights. Definitely need a car to get to the beach. Public transportation is near by but if you miss a bus you will be stack for at least 30-40 min. Grocery store 10 min walk. Room was ok. Had minor issues but host fixed it immediately. Pool area was a nice touch. Mux occupancy 8 ppl. On the downside there was only one umbrella. Overall would recommend if you are on the budget and not picky. P.S. We didn't receive check in information as advertised 24 hrs prior, which postponed our check in until after 4 pm. We had to call to the agent for information."

"Our room was never serviced and we had to request towels on multiple occasions. The pillows were about 2 inches thick and not fluffy, and the bedsheets were substandard in that they were thin."

El alojamiento no era para nada como se mostraba en las fotos de la plataforma, la caja estaba floja, hacía ruido al moverse y era sumamente incómoda, el aire acondicionado hacía ruido toda la noche y para acceder a la piscina tenía que salir a la calle en traje de baño para poder acceder a la piscina. La comunicación con la administradora no fue fluida, no pudo ofrecerme una reubicación en otra área por lo que me ofreció un reembolso que hasta el momento he estado gestionando pero no me lo han realizado. Estoy realmente decepcionado de la atención en este lugar, hicieron un ofrecimiento de reembolso que no han cumplido y espero que cumplan pronto. Nunca me había pasado algo parecido, por lo que lamentablemente no puedo recomendarlo, solamente puedo sugerir que antes de reservarlo se aseguren que es similar a las fotografías que muestran en la plataforma, porque en este momento no es así."
