"Easy to locate as it's right by Birmingham airport which also links to the NEC via Airlink. I stayed for 6 nights and it was cheap and cheerful and fit for its intended purpose - the staff were lovely and very helpful when I had an issue with my card key (mobile phones can de-magnetise the card and stop it from working) Despite being near the airport I had no issue with outside noise which is fantastic as I am a very light sleeper I would definitely stay there again"

Room was nice (bathroom layout was a little weird - my wife locked herself in). The only complaint was the beds had new mattresses and were rock hard and slightly uncomfortable. "The staff at the Spa, the reception staff, were completely hospitable. The location was brilliant. It was proper quiet at night, and although very near the town centre, we were able to sleep like logs. After Brexit, most of these Romanian and Polish had decided to return. Our loss. Thank God that some have remained with their warm and kind approach, which is quite different from the cold and reserved reception from some other hotels. "
