"This is one of the fancier hotels ive stayed at in a while. The loby was gorgeous as well as the very clean and open room. We had an issue shortly after arriving but the front office and maintenance were very quick and polite in making sure to solve it. Overall it was an amazing experience "

"The hotel itself is excellent with meal options and an applebees on site. The main attraction to me, in the beginning at least was the security of having a parking garage that secures at night. The hotel itself was clean, provided breakfast, the staff were welcoming and also very accommodating to my request for an early check in. Added bonus, they do a "kick back" from 5:30-7 daily which provides some food options and 3 free drinks for guests over the age of 21. I fully intend to stay here for all of my future trips to San Antonio."
