"The property is well-maintained but I'm not a fan of their color scheme...the red and yellow and orange just makes it appear dated. The hotel is surface clean but could use a DEEP clean...getting into crevices to remove visible dust buildup in both guestrooms and public spaces. Bed pillows also had an unpleasant odor. With the exception of a curmudgeon who checked us in, all the staff we encountered were pleasant. My mom and sister utilized the spa and liked their masseuse and the services she provided. Food was expensive but really good. At Bill's Burger it was $118 for 4 burgers, 2 fries & 4 sodas but at least they were some of the best burgers we've ever had. Also had a great dinner at Chart House."
