"Our suite was excellent but we only had 2 issues during our stay: 1. every morning this was no hot water to our room until after 7AM. 2. their mobile app for room service doesn't work - I ordered a coffee using the mobile app but it was never delivered. When I inquired about the order - they said what order? I responded with the order # and received what looks to be an automated response that they are busy helping others."

"We ran late for the late check in time since our flight got delayed but the hotel was courteous enough to wait until midnight when we finally arrived to check us in. They held our room for us. Great service all the way! "
