"Room was clean, yet small, but it's NYC. Phone and lights didn't work on arrival, but staff quickly replaced phone and fixed fuse for the lights. It would have been helpful to use the stairs more, but it was tricky with it and the floors not being well marked. The pool is very narrow and only long enough for a couple strokes. But felt good on a hot day and my kid enjoyed it. Staff was accommodating when asked. Great location"
