I was already paying $300+ a night, and now you're going to charge me $6 PER bag to hold my luggage for 2-3 hours because you didn't get the room ready?! Totally felt nickle and dimed! They tell everyone to come back and check in at 4pm and then there's a HUGE line to check in that moves incredibly slow. We stood in line for over 30 minutes and we were near the front of the line."
