"This was our 3rd visit to Smokeham Farm. Each time we have been we have found the house to be very clean and well furnished. There were very few complaints from any of my family. One was about the potato peeler and one about the bed being to soft. The only other thing that was mentioned was the fridge was a bit small for hosting so many people. It is a wonderful place to visit with lots of walks & plenty to see and do when out and about in the local area. I would highly recommend staying...

"Fantastic mix of living spaces, each with character. Wonderful and well-equipped kitchen, leading into a huge dining area, or out into one part of the garden. All the bedrooms have their own touch of style and class, and all are very attractive and very comfortable. Bathrooms galore! Character and cute little cubby holes everywhere. "We had a brilliant stay here just after Christmas for 6 nights. The cottage was spotless, really comfortable, and had everything we needed—it felt like a proper home away from home. The kids absolutely loved feeding the farm animals every morning (so did we!) it was such a fun way to start the day and definitely made the stay extra special. Carolyn and Carl were fantastic hosts—so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a family...
