"There was mold on the walls and in the shower. The coffee machine didn’t work. There was still dirt in the corners of the room. There was water in the fridge. There was no curtain in front of the window."

"Bei unserer Ankunft, wurden wir persönlich und herzlich von unserem Gastgeber Peter begrüsst.Er erklärte uns die Wohnung (Klimaanlage, Fernsehen, Küche, Licht) ausführlich.Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Rotwein, regionaler Käse aus der Käserei mit Hofladen gegenüber der Unterkunft und etwas Süßes bereit.Wir sind total begeistert von der Unterkunft. "very good proximity with the old center of Eindhoven, in a cool place in a quiet surrounding, with all the useful things and commodities you can find at the feet of the apartment, good ambiance of the apartment, we were 5 with enough space to live for everybody. It was a nice moment, thank you !"

"The host had given us the wrong apartment number so we ended up trying to get into the wrong apartment initially! The tedee app wasn't working for the apartment, so we had to call the host and arrange for a spare key to get in. This all took a long time, in the heatwave with elderly parents and children. A disappointing start. Once inside the apartment it was as described, although the sheets were stained on the double bed and there was very little bedding provided for the rest of us. The toilet...

"This hotel is great. It's the third time we've stayed in it over the last 10 years. This time we were a party of 20 spread over 4 rooms. There's plenty of space for children to run around and play. Lots of comfy seating in the bar. The prices in the bar are OK. The hotel is built on top of a supermarket which is open until 22:00 every day, so super convenient for getting drinks and snacks if you don't want to pay hotel prices for everything. We didn't use the restaurant this time as we had a couple of very picky children and a child with allergies with us but we used it previously and it was very convenient. This time we went for Dominos and kebabs which were both available within a few minutes walk from the hotel. This hotel is perfect for the night before Efteling trips and very family friendly. Just fully read the room description and make sure you pick a room with beds at a suitable height for your child's ability. Some of them are very high. None of our rooms had fridges this time. We would definitely stay there again."
